ShredIt Day
When: Saturday, September 28 8 am - 11 am

Where: Haverhill Road near the intersection with Joppa Farm Road

Details: YOU MUST BRING ID to use these dumpsters! We must be able to verify you are a homeowner. Bring any documents you wish to shred! **Originally scheduled early September, had to push back due to availability of the truck.

We need volunteers to monitor this ShredIt truck. Volunteers will work in 1-2 hour shifts. Responsibilities are to check IDs to ensure only Foster Branch Homeowners are using this service
Meet & Greet
When: Sunday, September 8 4:30-6:30 pm
Where: Grassy area on the corner of Haverhill and Joppa Farm Road
Details: Come meet your board members, grab some snacks and hang out with other homeowners! Also, enter our raffle for a chance to have next years annual assessment fully compensated!
Raffle tickets will be given to each household that shows up between 4:30-5:30 pm. Drawing at 6pm, member of the household must be present.
Dumpster Day
When: Saturday, August 3 8:30 am - 12 pm

Where: Riverside Elementary School Bus Lane - Enter from Stillmeadow Drive and exit onto Ripplewood Road

Details: Sponsored by Councilman Dion Guthrie and Harford County. YOU MUST BRING ID to use these dumpsters! We must be able to verify you are a homeowner. We cannot handle the disposal of air conditioners, upholstery furniture, loose leaves, branches, flammables, paints, oils, or toxic waste. All other refuse is welcome!

We need volunteers to monitor these dumpsters. Volunteers will work in 2 hour shifts. Responsibilities are to check IDs and ensure only approved materials are being dumped.
Board Meetings
When: Tuesday June 11 7 pm
Tuesday August 13 7 pm Tuesday November 12 7 pm

Details: The agenda for these meetings will be emailed ahead of the meeting. These meetings are a chance for homeowners to hear what is happening in the HOA as well as communicate their wishes to the board. Please attend if you can!
Updating the Covenants

Where: From the comfort of your home

Details: We need input from you, the homeowners! What would you like to change in our covenants? What needs updating? This is your chance to determine what community guidelines should be applied to our community. This is a time consuming and expensive process, so don't miss your chance to have your voice present in these changes!

Contact a board member for more details. Every little bit helps, even highlighting areas you want changed helps!
Community Yard Sales
When: Saturdays, July 20 & 27 8 am - 2 pm
Where: In your front yard
Details: These are designated days for yard sales within the community. Clear the clutter!

We are preparing for next year already! We now have an events committee and would love to have suggestions from homeowners for events they would like to see next year.
